Welcome to the whistleblower system of the Laumann Group companies
We are a family-run group of companies. We aspire to values such as reliability, commitment and transparency.

Who can report?
Employees and/or business partners as well as other third parties can report possible violations of legal regulations or our internal compliance regulations (such as our Code of Conduct) here - anonymously if they wish.

What can be reported?
All indications of violations of our Code of Conduct or laws. This also includes violations in the supply chain. This may involve, for example, laws to protect human and labour rights, the environment, but also assets. The current version of the Code of Procedure can be found here. This does not include contractual matters or mere complaints.

Where do the reports go?
Depending on the company concerned, reports can be submitted either to an internal person of trust (Romania) or to our external lawyer of trust, Dr Eggers (all other companies).

Both Dr Eggers and the internal confidential counsels are independent and not bound by instructions in the performance of their duties. In this video, Dr Eggers introduces himself and his duties as an external confidential counsellor.

How does the system protect a whistleblower?
  • The system treats incoming reports confidentially in accordance with legal requirements.
  • If you wish, your report will be recorded completely anonymously.
  • All information is encrypted end-to-end so that your sensitive information is secure.
  • Only honest reports are protected. Whistleblowers will not incur any disadvantages or costs. Of course, this does not apply to untrue allegations.

How do you report?
To ensure that your report can be assigned correctly, please first select the company concerned to which your report relates on the following pages. You will then be guided through the reporting process.

Special features concerning Polish companies
The reporting systems of VEKA Polska Sp.z.o.o., GEALAN Polska Sp.z.o.o. and PROCURAL Sp. z o.o. have set up local and independent whistleblower systems and commissioned PARK Compliance Services GmbH, in each case Dr Tobias Eggers, attorney-at-law, with the function of the authorised office for receiving reports. Any necessary investigations are then conducted by an internal, independent organisational unit.

Special features relating to the Romanian companies
The reports for the Romanian companies S.C. GEALAN Romania s.r.l. and VEKA Romania s.r.l. are received locally by the individual companies. They are received by Ms Marilena-Letitia Cretu (S.C. GEALAN Romania s.r.l.) and Ms Roxana Rimbu (VEKA Romania s.r.l.), who process the reports independently and without instructions.

External reporting centres
The possibility of submitting a report via the Laumann Group's reporting platform does not exclude the possibility of submitting an external report to the competent state bodies, institutions or other bodies or to the European Union. An overview of the external reporting centres can be found via the following link:
